Hi! I’m Mathias, a Lead Designer in Sydney who specialises in making complex ideas simple. I thrive in fast-paced environments where growth is essential, quality is key, and there's freedom to experiment and learn quickly.
With 5 years at Atlassian and another 5 at Fjord, I’ve shaped the user experiences of major products and well-known brands by designing integrations and workflows that drive discovery, improve usability and increase adoption.
When I’m not designing products, I produce music and love to DJ. I also enjoy reading philosophy, practicing mindfulness, and snowboarding around the globe.
